Position Description for Colorado Association of School Executives, Denver, Colorado

 

The Colorado Association of School Executives (CASE) Coordinating Council seeks an experienced leader to serve as their next Executive Director. The Coordinating Council expects the selected individual to assume the responsibilities of the position on or about June 1, 2025.

 

Established in 1969, CASE serves as the dynamic voice for approximately 3,300 public school administrators from nearly all of Colorado's 178 school districts.

 

CASE’s mission is to empower Colorado education leaders through advocacy, professional learning, and networking to deliver on the promise of public education.

 

Location: Denver, Colorado

 

The Qualifications

 

To be considered for the position, candidates must be a proven leader with a reputation for high integrity, ethical behavior, and demonstrated results.  Specifically, the Coordinating Council is searching for a leader who is fully committed to upholding the CASE mission and possesses the following characteristics:

 

 

Salary:  $200,000, subject to negotiation

 

Benefits:  Membership in Colorado PERA; health, dental, vision, and life insurance; paid vacation and sick leave; travel allowance.
